20 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and Lake Biscarrosse, 10 minutes from Lake Hostens and 30 minutes from Bordeaux and its vineyards (A63 motorway 5 minutes away).

The Salamandre house is a wooden gite on stilts, it has 11 beds (sleeps on 2 bedrooms and living room) 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds, 1 living room with 2 sofa beds comfortable double, 1 shower room and 1 toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 laundry room.

At the back of the chalet is a beautiful terrace without vis-à-vis with table, chairs and deckchairs.

All our rentals include sheets, linens included.

The 5x12 swimming pool (in season) the relaxation jacuzzi (in season) as well as the outdoor play area (ping-pong, trampoline, hut, slides, swings, pétanque court, bicycles) are to be shared with all lodges. (Private with 4 rented gites).

You can walk along the river in the middle of the forest 500 meters from our lodgings.

Bicycles are available free of charge to take you for a walk in the forest or to get bread from the bakery which is 600 meters from our gîtes.

The first beach is 10 minutes from our lodgings on Lake Hostens.

Board games are provided for bad weather.

The children will be able to feed the goats and the donkeys.

Horseback riding or donkey rides are offered on our gites by reservation.
